It shall be the responsibility of the Company to provide a safe working environment, proper and adequate tools, equipment and protective and safety devices for all employees in accordance with the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations.

26.02

The provisions of the Canada Labour Code shall apply to all Company job sites and activities.

It is agreed that the Union has the right to select its representatives to a Workplace Health and Safety Committee as per part II of the Canada Labour Code.
