Re: Collective Bargaining Committee
In preparation for negotiations and in accordance with TEAM Bylaws 17.1-17.3 we are seeking a number of members to sit on the Collective Bargaining Committee. This Committee assists with the development of the proposals, provides support to the Negotiating Committee, and plays an active role in communicating the issues to the membership.
We are especially interested in individuals with knowledge or skills in the following areas:
- Financial Reports
- Wage analysis and market adjustments, including general wages increases and pay for performance plans
- Health and Safety
- Defined Contribution Pension Plans
- Communication – with an emphasis on social and mainstream media
- Designing, developing and implementing surveys
