Re: Wage Increase
Effective February 20, 2015 you will receive a 1.75% pay increase, the last of three annual increases negotiated during the 2013 round of bargaining. As our current Collective Agreement expires one year from today, future changes to wages will have to be negotiated around that time.
In preparation for negotiations, the TEAM Board will be seeking input from members through a number of initiatives throughout the year. We expect to be able to report the results of this input and the framework for the key proposals at our Annual General Meeting in November.
